Post 6: English language challenges

Imagen
Hi! On this blog i’m gonna tell you guys my personal experience with the process of having English four at (online) university. I’m a english fan, that’s something i have to admit, but i’ve never expected to have such a nice time in this english course, because i am in my house and it’s scary to talk “in public” but online. The fact that now i have this blog is so crazy to me, because i was always driming about having one someday and it feels like i’m writing to people that maybe doesn’t have interest on my life or experiences, but also i’m feeling like a diva writing hahaha. My english is quite regular, but i expect to improve it because it’s a fundamental language for everything now. I hope to sign myself on classes in Santiago in the future, but now the only thing i can do from home is talking to a mirror and watch series in english and with subtitles in the same language. Thanks to the pandemic, my english is improving everyday, thanks to Tiktok, youtube, Netflix and the so

Imagen
Hi everyone! I hope you all are good. On this week's post, i'm gonna talk about postgraduate studies.  Since i planed to study public administration i have been noticed that we have some posibilities to continue our studies on INAP with the continuity  of studies. That's a really good chance to participate.  If i will have the chance to add another speciality to my knowledge, i'm gonna take the risk.  I'm interested on the Master focalized  in Government and Public Management, but that theme maybe is gonna change with my future learns on the university.  I am through my first (online) year of university, and actually i don't know too good what are my favorite topics, i think that i have planty of time in front, so it's not hard thinking about it right know. I'm studying one semester at the time, there's nothing rushing me to anything.  Maybe i'm gonna want to travel to Brazil or Colombia, and study there something after i graduate, but i don'

Post 4: A photograph I like

Hello everyone! On today's post i'm gonna talk about one of my favorites photos. I have a lot of photos that i love, but this one represents a super special moment. On the 2019, during the "estallido social" i was almost out of the school. We have the oportunity of missing classes and went to a manifestation as a classmates. I remember that we went to the school, and wait the other persons to arrive just like us.  Then, we walk to "Plaza de Llolleo", and met other students from different schools here in San Antonio. All together walked for all the city, disrupting traffic and expressing our annoyances. In this one i'm with some classmates walking, holding our "canva". This photo was taken by the local journal "El Líder", or that's what i think. This one it's my favorite because we started being a few students, and a lot of people joined us. Means a lot to me the fact that we had the opportunity to express our anger, that we

Post 3: My future job

Hi everyone! Today i'm gonna talk about my future dream job: Turism.  Whenever i feel a little blue or desmotivated about the career, i cheer up myself thinking about all the stuff that i'll be able to do when i graduate from the university. I'll be able to handle a lot of topics in public service, but one of the most exciting branches for me, is the turism.  Here in Chile, there is a lot of places to go, so many restaurants, hotels, natural resources to see and different cultures throughout Chile. I wish that someday i can be working for  "SERNATUR" and being a part of it thanks to my career. I'm a person who loves go on trips and adventures, so it'll be an honor to work for that.  I invite you guys to travel here in our country! This summer the turism will be so devastated about the pandemic, but if you have the resources and the sanitary measures, please help people who lives thanks to tourism.  Here you have links to informate yourself about tourism!

Post: The best holidays

My favorite holidays were for sure my family trip to Cuba. I'm so in love with that island from te first second that i was there. The people are happy and kind to the visitors, the music is amazing and their weather is excelent for a summer vacation. The food was excelent, the fruits catch my complete attention. I enjoyed the car trips, the views, the night life and the multiple atractions that the country have. I went with my parents and sister, for like ten days, on february of 2019. We visit three citys, La Habana, Matanzas and Varadero. La Habana was my favorite because all the history that we saw about the Cuban Revolution. It's like the time was frozen there. The constructions and the cars are so beautiful and colorful, full of joy. I wanna go back to know a little more of the country, and i wish that i will able to visit more citys of Cuba and enjoy a lot more than on 2019!

Post 2: My favorite movie, The Parent Trap

Imagen
I don´t know how i feel about cinema, cause i'm more a fan of TV series, but i think is an amazing art and a really powerful way for expression, but on the last few years i don't have seen a lot of films.  My favorite movie of all times is The Parent Trap! I love this movie with all my heart, because always makes me feel nostalgic. I think that is a great film, the music, the places where the story unfolds and the emotions that the movie has.  The film is based on the story of two twin sisters, who are separated at the time of their parents' divorce. They attend the same camp during the summer and are shocked by their physical resemblance. Despite the differences in their manners and esthetics, they discover that their birthday's the same day and  the photos they have of their parents complement each other.   I love that this movie has romantic, funny and sad moments, makes the film a really integral one and i've never been tired of it.

Post 1: The country i would like to visit: Colombia

Imagen
Hi!  you can imagine which country i would like to visit. The answer is Colombia, but actually i want to know every single place in Latinoamerica. Colombia is the first one in my list.  I think that Colombia has so many natural places to go! There, people have "Cordillera de los Andes", caribbean sea and pacific ocean, amazonas, diferent plains, awesome valleys and a lot more of natural perfection! The things i know about the country are that it's a place full of joy and close people, they're kind, good dancers and smart people. I'm atracted to Colombia also,  because of its history, how the spains went there to make the place theirs, i think its very cruel and interesting . I'd like to explore the beaches and the amazonas plains that exist there, and also take a literary tour inspired in Gabriel García Márquez. In the future i'd like to study there for a while.
